Today, I went to my first Tae Kwon Doe class taught by my very own brother.
What a freaking amazing work out.
I'm going to go every Tuesday and Thursday.
I hope I look good by the end of the Summer.
I am sick of being a freaking marshmallow.
I want my muscles back.
